It has a shorter Beech stock than the ‘Vulcan’ and features a rifled steel barrel and micro-adjustable rear sight and hooded foresight and plastic butt plate. Its overall length is 40 ¾ inches and the barrel is 17 ¼ inches and weighs just over 3kg. The centre of the air cylinder is stamped ‘Webley Victor’. The top of the breech block is inscribed ‘Webley & Scott Ltd Birmingham England’. The serial number is ‘791274’. The bluing on the cylinder is near perfect, the barrel is showing signs of use. The stock is near perfect apart from a small nick to the top. See page 129 of ‘Webley Air Rifles 1925-2005’ by Christopher Thrale. A lovely air rifle for the collector. The price includes UK delivery. NB As a post 1939 Air Weapon the restrictions of the Crime Reduction Act apply to the sale and delivery of this item. AI 657.
