Description
~ 1897 Pattern Infantry Officers Sword And Scabbard ~
The guard has the Queen Elizabeth the 2nd cypher.
The ricasso is stamped Firmin And Sons PLC Est 1677.
Both the sword and scabbard were re-chromed for parade ground use.
~ Condition ~
There is pitting towards the tip on both sides.
~ Dimensions ~
The sword is 99 cm (38.75 inches) in length with a 83 cm (32.5 inches) blade.
