Create my profile now!An original, WWI dated Leather Holster for the Luger 9mm Parabellum Pistols, Imperial German Marked Stripping Tool & Period Double Magazine Carrier Pouch With Original WW1 Magazine all found together. Made of brown Cow hide, the Holster has an integral leather pouch with stud fastener sewn into the inside of its lid, for a Luger pistol stripping tool which is present. The original period steel tool is clean & undamaged and has an imperial inspection mark on one side. The holster has an open top magazine pouch on its right aspect. The flap cover of the holster is secured by a buckle which functions as it should. The inside of the holster’s lid has a clear 1917 date impressed into the leather and indistinct makers name. The holster has two rear belt loops. Between the belt loops is a stylised monogram signature in ink most likely the name of the Officer issued with the holster. The holster has the correct quick draw strap with leather toggle. The holster is accompanied by a period leather double magazine pouch. The lid has a steel stud which fastens to the eyelet of a leather tab on the front of the pouch. The rear has a single belt loop. Inside the holster are 2 compartments for individual luger magazines. One compartment contains an original Luger pistol 9mm magazine. The steel magazine is clean and undamaged and its loading spring works as it should. The Ww1 wood toggle butt is undamaged and has Imperial inspection mark above number ‘6418a +’. All leather and stitching of the holster and pouch are clean and intact.
