Create my profile now!Manufactured in 1979 (AE), this gun has a very authentic look and feel.
The bore is clean, there is no pitting and the rifling is in good condition. None of the screw heads have been butchered and the barrel/revolver face has barely noticeable play - remarkable for a gun of this age. The locking mechanism has a good fit and the spring is strong.
There is engraving on the cylinder of the US Army and Native Americans in battle. There is a fixed brass blade front sight.
The revolver indexes well and the hammer has a machined chequering on the thumb surface. The hammer spring is strong.
The brass backstrap and trigger guard are in good authentic condition and there are walnut grips with a brass inlaid striking snake.
You will need a Sec 1 Firearm Certificate to own or buy this pistol.
Can be seen any time by appointment in Alton, Hampshire or sent to your local RFD from £25.
