Description
~ Circa 1620 Irish Hilt Hounslow London Made Blade Basket Hilted Sword ~
The guard has nine bars, it has a wooden grip and leather interior to the basket. Each side has three fullers, two are two thirds in length, one was a very short one.
~ Condition ~
The blade has some darkening and there are a few nicks to the edges.
The grip is in good order and complete.
~ Dimensions ~
The sword is 102 cm (40 inches) in total length with a 84 cm (34 inches) blade.
~ Postage ~
UK postage is £20, international at cost or it can be inspected in the shop.
