This short all alloy fuse is a mechanical fuse for the LC 50 parachute flare with a delay of between 13 and 57 seconds. The alloy fuse has two insulated plungers at the top. There is a steel location pin at the side to orient the fuse with the bomb casing. The fuse is stamped at the top EIZt 59 A bmv (Rheinmetall-Borsig AG, Soemmerda plant, Soemmerda) 1941 (1941 date) 1c waffenampt 66 . This fuse was for use with the LC 50 parachute flare.
