Lancaster, Charles Double Trigger Boxlock Ejector 12 Bore/gauge Side By Side

In the same family ownership for 75+ years, this gun is presented in excellent condition.

The stock and fore-end are remarkable , showing only a few very minor marks. An engraved button on the bottom of the stock features the initials of the original owner - ACB

The blueing on the barrels is in excellent condition as are the bores. There is a flat wide tapering rib with a white bead fore sight. The rib is engraved 'Charles Lancaster A&W Special Hammerless Ejector'.

The engraving on the lock and trigger guard is intricate and shows little signs of wear.

The triggers are crisp and the ejectors are strong.

The lock-up on the gun is tight with no discernible movement on the hinges. Remarkable for a gun of this age.

Complete with the original makers wood and leather presentation box with interior labels matching the gun serial number.
