The cocking arm is the bayonet type and has the correct Lincoln Jeffries patent. The loading tap lever has ‘P.Pat’ and correct improved model loading aperture and tap. It has a 19 ½” rifled barrel. The bore is clean with typical light rifling. It has a blade foresight and adjustable dial rear sight. The metal work has even patina throughout. The left side of the weapon bears serial number 12670. Number 2259 is on the underside of the barrel. The cylinder has BSA manufacturer detail correctly without reference to improvement.
