Could be Caucasian or Russian 18th -19th century. Silver body with engraved and embossed decoration. The oval top fitted with a knop for removal to aid re-filling the powder. The spout with a spring-loaded charging lever. Minor scratches and dents, otherwise in very good condition with some signs of use. The spring-loaded charging lever works fine.
