An excellent and completely authentic example of these famous engraved powder horns that were carried by officers, backwoods men and rifle-men during and before the American Revolutionary wars. (1775-1783). Very good condition. A very rare item. Quite possibly identifiable with some research. Overall length 13 inches. Ref 3791.
