Webley & Scott MARK 1 .22 Air Pistols

Please note this is faulty it doesn't cock

seems like the twin arms that are on the barrel to compress the spring - 1 of them is sheared off, maybe that is the fault

I would have priced at 495,

because its such good condition

but selling as needs repair price so 249

anyway this is a 1945- 1958, Webley Mark 1, .177 Calibre Air Pistol. Sn: 2426

The Webley mark 1 Air Pistol was produced between 1935 and 1964 with refinements being made to the model throughout the production period.

This is a nice Post WW2 Webley Mark I Air Pistol. The pistol is stamped on the end of the cylinder with number "2426" which I assume to be the serial number.

It has the correct Post WW2 milled barrel section to assist grip for cocking and grips with Webley roundels.

It has "Oil" with a curved arrow on the left side of the cylinder together with " The Webley Mark 1 Made in England".

On the left side just below the fore sight it is stamped with ".22 MK1". The cylinder is stamped on the right side "Webley & Scott Ltd Birmingham 4" (Birmingham 4 was the Webley Pre 1958 address).

It is also stamped "Webley Patents".

It retains it's original blue finish.

Pretty mint, beautiful condition.
