Create my profile now!One of our amazing partners at this year’s National Shooting Show, was Savage Arms, being represented at The National Shooting Show by their UK-based distributors, Viking Arms. Savage Arms is driven by a spirit of American ingenuity, constantly pushing performance higher through innovative technology and collaboration with shooters, hunters, and guides. We spoke to Andy Norris, UK Sales Manager for Viking Arms.
Andy was more than pleased with the atmosphere at The National Shooting Show, and it was clear to see that the mood amongst both the exhibitors and attendees was amazing. Other than guns and gun-related products, the only thing on display were smiling faces.
Savage Arms has one main focus for 2024, with that focus being on precision rifle shooting and long-range shooting, a discipline that is gaining more and more popularity and attention within the shooting industry. So, the next time you want to shoot long-range, think Savage.
This rapidly developing following bodes well for Savage Arms, with their flagship products this year being their new Precision Rifles, and Precision Elite Rifles, both perfect for taking precise long-range shots. These rifles had many attendees buzzing around the Savage Arms stall, with Andy attributing this excitement to three main aspects; accessibility, price, and instant accuracy.
With the Precision Rifle and Precision Elite Rifle being manufactured in the US, customers can rest assured that they have been crafted to the high standards of the US market, even satisfying the most demanding precision rifle shooting enthusiast.
Looking to the future, we expect to see a lot more from Savage Arms. We are confident that this upward trend in popularity will continue to grow, not only as a result of their involvement within the precision rifle shooting and long-range shooting disciplines but also due to their investment in new machinery, workforce and the quality of their materials. With Savage Arms striving to raise the bar within the industry, they are gaining a serious reputation for precision rifle shooting, and their customer feedback backs this up fiercely.
The only caveat to our discussion with Andy is that Savage Arms will not be formally represented at The Game Fair at Blenheim Palace in July. However, we are hoping that some of their staff will be attending and networking at the event, albeit with a drink in hand.
