**RARE**WW2 British WD M/47C (BSA Shirley) No.5 MK 1 .303 Calibre Jungle Carbine With Webbing Sling **UK 2011 DEACTIVATION CERTIFICATED** Sn 21681:5 - 21681:5
This is an excellent, sought after No.5 Jungle Carbine. The rifle has all original woodwork and metal work. It has its correct flared muzzle, cushioned recoil pad in excellent condition, winged fore sight, flip up rear sight, light weight hollow ball end bolt which has serial number ‘BE2005’ & WD inspection marks and original webbing sling. The frame has model detail ‘No. 5 MK 1’ and the steel grip strap has 1945 date and WW2 maker designation ‘M/47C which is the code for BSA Shirley. Deactivated to UK specification in 2011 the rifle cocks and dry fires and the magazine can be removed. The price includes deactivation certificate & UK delivery. Sn 21681:5
